Jennifer C. Zamecki is the Founder and President of Well-Run Concepts Inc., a Human Resource Consulting Firm founded in 1997, whose mission is to Help Organizations Define and Develop Top Talent. Jennifer has over 20 years of Human Resource Management and Executive Operational experience.

Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Values Analyst, Attribute Index Analyst, and Certified TriMetrix™ Analyst. Jennifer’s passion and finely-tuned skills in the area of corporate communications and people asset management, has lead her to be considered an expert and key advisor to CEO’s and business owners, in her chosen field of human performance improvement. Jennifer has taught a variety of management classes at the University of California, Santa Barbara in the College of Business, Management and Law, and at the Santa Barbara City College Hotel, Restaurant and Culinary School. She is currently teaching at College of Central Florida.

Well-Run Concepts also provides Organizational Development Coaching and Training to top leaders of Financial Services, Banks, Law and Accounting Firms; Software Companies; Ski Resorts, Conference Centers and Hotels; Dental and Medical Offices; Hospitals; and various Manufacturing Companies.

Jennifer has been a member of Targeted Training Internationals “Chairman’s Club” for a number of years, and has used TTI’s cutting edge assessment tools since 1995. In 2002 & 2005 she was awarded the covenant “President’s Award” for her outstanding contribution to Human Resource Development at TTI. Jennifer also was nominated into TTI’s International Faculty in 2004, which is comprised of trainers and coaches from around the world, whose experience in developing and improving people is vast and deep. In 2008 Jennifer received the “Value Added Associate of the Month” award from TTI in recognition for her outstanding support and contribution to TTI over the years.

Women’s Economic Ventures nominated Jennifer for “Business Women of the Year” in 2002. She was recognized for her exceptional work and dedication as a devoted entrepreneur in the business field. She also was nominated for Pacific Coast Business Times’ “Spirit of Small Business Awards” for Woman-Owned Business in 2003. She is an active member of a number of local, national and International Business Associations, and is currently serving as a charter member on the Ocala's Auxiliary whose mission is to raise money for the Children's Home Society of Florida.  Also Jennifer is a charter member of the ABWA (American Business Women's Association) Ocala Express Network and is currently serving on the Ocala's Auxiliary whose mission is to raise money for the Children's Home Society of Florida.
